Account Registration and Management: To use the services provided by Gateway Casino Innisfil, you must create a loyalty account with us. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information about your account, including your name, address, and date of birth.
Gambling Age: All patrons at our venue must be at least 19 years old to gamble or participate in any gaming activity.

Self-Exclusion Program: If you believe you have a problem with gambling or wish to exclude yourself from participating in any gaming activity at our venue, please contact us in writing or visit our players club desk during operating hours. Once enrolled in self-exclusion, we cannot facilitate participation in any gaming activity for the duration of your exclusion period.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Gateway Casino Innisfil be liable for consequential, incidental, special damages (including loss of use), or punitive compensation arising directly or indirectly from these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the specific circumstances leading to a claim under applicable law.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions along with all schedules, attachments, and related materials form a complete agreement between us. No other document, communication, or representation can modify or nullify its provisions.
Binding Effect: Upon acceptance of these terms, you understand that this contract is binding upon your heirs, successors-in-interest, personal representatives, and assigns as fully as it binds you to comply with all obligations set forth herein.
No Waiver: We do not waive our rights under the laws governing gaming in Ontario or any local jurisdiction. The failure of either party to enforce a right granted by these Terms and Conditions shall not be considered a waiver of that right, nor does it preclude enforcing that right at a later time.
